Feiya provides comprehensive OEM services for fuel equipment brands and distributors. We understand that the nozzle is the "handshake" of your brand. Beyond standard manufacturing, we offer deep customization of the aluminum nozzle body. Whether you require a specific internal flow geometry to match a legacy design (such as ZVA or OPW styles) or distinct cast-in branding to enhance market visibility, our 125 CNC centers and mold design team can bring your private label nozzle to life. We deliver precision-machined, semi-finished bodies or complete assemblies ready for your custom scuff guards.
Customization Capabilities Table:
| Customization Parameter | Feiya Manufacturing Standard & Options |
| Body Design Style | Platform Compatibility:Custom casting molds to replicate or modify popular global standards, including ZVA-style(European) or OPW-style(American) internal mechanisms. |
| Spout & Flow Specs | Fuel Type Adaptation:Precision machining for various spout diameters: DN19(Unleaded/Gasoline) or DN25(Diesel), optimized for flow rates from 45 LPM to 80 LPM. |
| Brand Integration | Private Labeling:We can engrave or cast your logo directly into the aluminum nozzle housing, ensuring permanent brand identity that won't fade like stickers. |
| Inlet Connections | Swivel Threads:Custom threading for the hose connection, including BSPP, NPT, or metric threads (e.g., M34x1.5) to fit specific hose swivels. |
| Vapor Path Tuning | A/L Ratio Adjustments:Modification of the internal vapor channel size to calibrate the suction efficiency, ensuring your nozzle meets specific regional environmental regulations. |
| Surface Finish | Corrosion Protection:Options for electroless nickel plating, anodizing, or chromate conversion to protect the aluminum body before you apply your colored plastic covers. |
A vapor recovery nozzle is a precision instrument, not just a casting. It requires integrating complex coaxial vapor channels within a compact aluminum body. Feiya employs a specialized manufacturing process that prioritizes structural density and mechanism sensitivity to ensure every nozzle shuts off exactly when it should.
For global fuel equipment brands, finding a reliable contract manufacturer is critical. Feiya Machinery positions itself as your dedicated OEM production base. We do not sell our own brand to compete with you; instead, we focus 100% of our resources on executing your designs with precision, speed, and cost-efficiency.
Your market share depends on consistent supply. Feiya operates a massive facility equipped with 125 CNC Machining Centers and advanced High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) lines. This infrastructure allows us to handle huge volume orders—whether it’s 5,000 or 50,000 nozzle bodies—without outsourcing. We strictly follow your technical drawings and specifications, ensuring that every batch meets your exact requirements for dimensional tolerances and surface finish.
The quality of a cast aluminum nozzle starts with the mold. With decades of experience in aluminum tooling, our in-house mold workshop can translate your 3D CAD models into high-durability casting molds. Whether you need to replicate a classic ZVA-style geometry or produce a proprietary design, we ensure perfect reproduction of complex internal features like vapor channels and valve seats, guaranteeing that the final product functions exactly as your engineering team intended.
We help you maximize your profit margins. Unlike assembly plants that buy castings from third parties, Feiya is a fully integrated one-stop manufacturer. We handle everything in-house: from raw aluminum melting and die casting to precision CNC machining and surface treatment. This vertical integration eliminates middleman markups and reduces logistical costs, allowing us to offer the most competitive OEM unit price for premium quality nozzle housings.
As a pure OEM factory, we understand that your design is your asset. We adhere to strict intellectual property (IP) protection protocols to safeguard your proprietary blueprints. Furthermore, we act as your quality gatekeeper. Every aluminum nozzle body undergoes rigorous 100% leak testing and visual inspection before packaging, ensuring that the semi-finished or finished parts you receive are defect-free and ready for your final assembly line.
Yes. As an OEM manufacturer, we engineer our vapor recovery nozzles to follow global industry standards. Our nozzle bodies and internal components are designed to be fully ZVA-compatible or OPW-style, ensuring they fit existing hoses and dispenser holsters perfectly. This makes them an ideal "drop-in" replacement for your aftermarket distribution channels.
Premature shut-off is usually caused by turbulent airflow affecting the sensing port. Feiya solves this by using high-precision CNC machining to drill the Venturi sensing port. We ensure the internal airway is perfectly smooth and burr-free. This stabilizes the vacuum pressure, allowing the nozzle to distinguish between airflow turbulence and actual fuel tank back-pressure, ensuring it only clicks off when the tank is truly full.
Absolutely. We specialize in OEM contract manufacturing. We can integrate your brand directly into the aluminum casting(raised or recessed logo) or offer custom-colored scuff guards and splash guards to match your corporate identity. We act as your silent production partner, protecting your brand integrity.
Yes. To support your maintenance business, we supply a full range of interchangeable components, including replacement spouts, main valve diaphragms, and lever assemblies. These parts are manufactured to strict tolerances, allowing service technicians to perform easy field repairs and extend the nozzle service life without needing to replace the entire unit.
Ethanol can be corrosive to standard seals. Feiya uses high-grade anodized aluminum bodies and Viton® or specialized fluoropolymer seals that are resistant to chemical attack. This ensures our nozzles maintain their integrity and vapor tightness even when dispensing modern ethanol-blended fuels, preventing leaks and seal swelling over time.
How does a nozzle "know" when the tank is full? It relies on the Venturi effect and Bernoulli's principle.
·The Mechanism:As fuel flows through the nozzle, it creates a vacuum that sucks air through the sensing port at the tip of the spout.
·The Shut-Off:When fuel covers the sensing port, the airflow stops instantly. This causes a sudden spike in internal vacuum pressure, which pulls a diaphragm mechanism up, unlatching the lever and shutting off the main valve.
·OEM Precision:For this to work, the vacuum passage must be drilled with extreme precision. Feiya’s CNC machining ensures the air path is calibrated perfectly so the nozzle trips exactly when the fuel reaches the tip—neither too early nor too late.
In Stage II vapor recovery, the Air-to-Liquid (A/L) ratio is the critical performance metric. It measures the volume of vapors sucked back versus the volume of fuel dispensed.
·The Balance:If the ratio is too low (< 0.9), vapors escape into the air. If it's too high (> 1.1), the system sucks fresh air into the underground tank, causing fuel evaporation.
·Design Impact:The internal vapor channel geometry inside the nozzle body dictates this flow. Feiya casts and machines these channels to strictly regulated dimensions, ensuring your nozzles are "compliance-ready" for environmental certification testing.
Safety regulations require nozzles to shut off if they fall out of the car. This is controlled by a component called the attitude valve(or tilt sensor).
·How it Works:Inside the nozzle body, a heavy ball bearing sits in a cup. If the nozzle is tipped upwards (beyond horizontal), the ball rolls back and blocks the vacuum path, triggering the automatic shut-off mechanism.
·Manufacturing Quality:The surface finish of the ball chamber must be ultra-smooth for the ball to roll freely. Feiya polishes this chamber during production to guarantee the tip-over safety feature works every time, preventing dangerous spills on the forecourt.
