Yueqing Feiya Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 2009, focuses on the casting and machining of parts in the fields of Automotive, Motorcycle, ATV/UTV, Fuel Dispenser and other industries. The company has a complete manufacturing system including mold design, high-pressure Die-casting, low-pressure casting, CNC machining, heat treatment, and assembly. The annual casting production capacity exceeds 5000 tons, and the annual delivery of metal parts exceeds 3.5M+ pieces.3 million motorcycle engine cylinder heads and 500,000 flow meter units.

The company has mature experience in the development and mass production of large-displacement cylinder heads, and is the only company in Yueqing that can produce core components of cylinder heads for large-displacement engines on a large scale. It currently employs more than 300 people, including 27 middle and senior technicians and engineering personnel. The company was awarded Zhejiang Technology-Based SME in 2018 and passed the National High-Tech Enterprise certification in 2022.

In 2021, Feiya invested 15 million yuan in technological transformation, added more than 40 CNC machining centers, and mass-produced water-cooled cylinder heads for multiple displacement platforms, including 125, 150, 250V, 300V, 450V, 500V4, 650V, 700 four-cylinder, 800V, 1000V and other series.

In the next three years, the company plans to continue to invest approximately 36 million yuan to introduce 100 units of intelligent CNC equipment to build an annual output of 3 million large-displacement cylinder heads, further enhancing its scale and mass production capabilities in the field of engine parts.

Our History

Since the company launched its production business in 2009, it has been steadily expanding its manufacturing capabilities around aluminum Die-casting. In the early period, it focused on processing motorcycle cylinder heads, relying on stable delivery and standardized manufacturing systems to serve local OEM customers. With the upgrading of business needs, the company has gradually improved key links such as Die-casting, CNC machining, and tooling development, and the production system has shifted from a single processing capability to a more complete manufacturing capability that can undertake OEM projects.

In recent years, the company has continued to invest in equipment, processes and platform-based products, focusing on strengthening the mold development and mass production capabilities of large-displacement engine cylinder heads, so that the production line can adapt to more displacement platforms and structural parts projects. The company takes steady expansion of production and process construction as its core development principles, and builds a management and production rhythm suitable for long-term supplying business. In 2025, the company plans to open a new factory for the layout of automated machining units, intelligent testing equipment and expanded CNC production lines. The new factory will be used to undertake more metal manufacturing business mainly based on Die-casting, further improving overall manufacturing capabilities and order response speed, laying the foundation for future large-scale supporting capacities.

The current processing capacity is centered on 125 CNC machining centers, which can handle key dimensions and functional surfaces of various aluminum alloy structural parts, including typical parts such as cylinder heads, housings, pump bodies, valve blocks, and gearbox covers. Tooling Support


We provide complete mold design and manufacturing services. After the drawings are confirmed, the engineering team will complete the structural design, gating system, cooling layout and mold flow verification, and conduct mold trial, mold repair and stability checks before mass production in the factory.A ledger will be established for mold life, repair records and critical sizes. We are responsible for long-term maintenance and periodic inspection to ensure that the mold remains in a stable condition during the mass production stage and to make your communication and project efficiency more smooth and worry-free.
