Yueqing Feiya Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 2009, focuses on the casting and machining of parts in the fields of Automotive, Motorcycle, ATV/UTV, Fuel Dispenser and other industries. The company has a complete manufacturing system including mold design, high-pressure Die-casting, low-pressure casting, CNC machining, heat treatment, and assembly. The annual casting production capacity exceeds 5000 tons, and the annual delivery of metal parts exceeds 3.5M+ pieces.3 million motorcycle engine cylinder heads and 500,000 flow meter units.
The company has mature experience in the development and mass production of large-displacement cylinder heads, and is the only company in Yueqing that can produce core components of cylinder heads for large-displacement engines on a large scale. It currently employs more than 300 people, including 27 middle and senior technicians and engineering personnel. The company was awarded Zhejiang Technology-Based SME in 2018 and passed the National High-Tech Enterprise certification in 2022.
In 2021, Feiya invested 15 million yuan in technological transformation, added more than 40 CNC machining centers, and mass-produced water-cooled cylinder heads for multiple displacement platforms, including 125, 150, 250V, 300V, 450V, 500V4, 650V, 700 four-cylinder, 800V, 1000V and other series.
In the next three years, the company plans to continue to invest approximately 36 million yuan to introduce 100 units of intelligent CNC equipment to build an annual output of 3 million large-displacement cylinder heads, further enhancing its scale and mass production capabilities in the field of engine parts.

The company's technical and management team has long been involved in the field of aluminum Die-casting, and the core members have experience in mass production of aluminum alloy structural parts on multiple platforms. The team includes 2 middle and senior technicians and 25 engineering technicians, covering key positions such as tooling design, Die-casting process, CNC machining, and quality control. It can make practical judgments on structure, thermal deformation, dimension chain and process route in the early stages of product development.
Workshop managers generally have more than ten years of on-site experience and are familiar with the supporting processes, mass production rhythm and quality checkpoints required by OEM customers. The team has formed a fixed working method in handling new product trial production, batch stability verification, mold tuning and process optimization, and can keep the project moving forward even under tight delivery cycles.
