Aluminum Die Casting Factory

Aluminum Die Casting Factory

The Feiya factory mainly uses aluminum die casting as its production structure, with an area of 30000 square meters, over 300 employees, and a total of 300+production equipment, including 7 high-pressure die-casting machines, 26 low-pressure casting machines, 125 CNC machining centers, and supporting processes such as heat treatment, shot blasting, and inspection. Suitable for long-term mass production of OEM projects of various sizes, it is a leading enterprise in the field of aluminum die casting in China.

High-Pressure Die Casting Workshop

High-Pressure Die Casting Workshop

The high-pressure die casting workshop is responsible for the production of aluminum parts with high density requirements and complex structures. The workshop equipment is mainly composed of 7 high-pressure machines, with clear cycle time and strict temperature and pressure control in the working area. It is suitable for engine parts and other high-load structural components.

Low-Pressure Casting Workshop

Low-Pressure Casting Workshop

The low-pressure casting workshop mainly handles medium and large housings and parts with uniform wall thickness. The 26 low-pressure machines are divided into different zones, the filling process is stable, and the internal quality consistency is good. They are suitable for cavity parts and pump body castings.

CNC Machining Workshop

CNC Machining Workshop

The CNC machining area is mainly composed of 125 machining centers and is responsible for machining key dimensions of structural parts. Fixtures are fixed, the dimension chain is stable, and long-term orders can maintain consistent performance.

Heat Treatment & Aging Area

Heat Treatment & Aging Area

The heat treatment area is used to improve the mechanical properties of aluminum parts. Temperature control curves and time parameters are recorded, which is suitable for high-displacement cylinder heads and load-bearing parts that require strength and stability.

Inspection & Testing Area

Inspection & Testing Area

The inspection area includes multiple stations such as CMM, spectrometer, and leak test, which are responsible for size, material, and sealing testing. Data is archived by batch so that fluctuations during mass production can be traced and evaluated in advance.

Our Equipments

Grinding Table

Grinding Table

Staffed by skilled technicians, these stations are used for detailed cosmetic finishing. We carefully remove residual flash and parting lines to ensure the part meets strict aesthetic requirements before final inspection.

Tumble Sand Blaster

Tumble Sand Blaster

Designed for batch processing of smaller, durable castings. By tumbling parts against steel shot, we achieve thorough deburring and a consistent surface finish on all sides of the component.

Vibratory Sand Shaker

Vibratory Sand Shaker

Essential for our shell core technology. This equipment uses vibration to effectively shatter and remove internal sand cores from hollow castings like cylinder heads and manifolds, ensuring clean internal passages.

Mesh Belt Shot Blasting Machine

Mesh Belt Shot Blasting Machine

A continuous pass-through system designed for high-efficiency surface finishing. It uniformly removes oxidation and burrs from the casting surface, creating a clean, matte texture ready for assembly or painting.

Sawing Machine

Sawing Machine

Specialized for the precise removal of casting gates and runners. This efficient cutting process separates the aluminum part from the feeding system without damaging the main body, preparing it for the machining stage.

Marking Machine

Marking Machine

To ensure full traceability, we use laser marking systems to engrave unique batch codes, QR codes, or part numbers directly onto the finished casting. This allows for complete tracking of the product's manufacturing history.

Coordinate Measuring Machine

Coordinate Measuring Machine

Our quality lab features Hexagon CMMs to verify complex geometric tolerances. We strictly monitor position, concentricity, and flatness to ensure every part matches the OEM design specifications perfectly.

Tool Setter

Tool Setter

This high-precision device calibrates CNC cutting tools before they enter the machine. By ensuring exact tool offsets and dimensions, we minimize setup time and guarantee consistent machining accuracy from the very first cut.

Spectrometer

Spectrometer

Utilizing advanced German Spectro technology, we analyze the chemical composition (Si, Cu, Fe, etc.) of every aluminum melt batch before casting. This strictly guarantees that the material properties meet international standards like ADC12 or A356.
