The DY106 Coaxial Hose Coupling Nozzle addresses one of the biggest ergonomic complaints in modern vapor recovery stations: the stiffness and weight of coaxial hoses. In a standard setup, the thick "hose-within-a-hose" design can be difficult for customers to maneuver, often twisting and stressing the connection point. The DY106 solves this with an integrated High-Flow Coaxial Swivel Coupling.  This mechanism allows the nozzle to rotate a full 360 degrees freely relative to the hose, eliminating kinks and significantly reducing the physical effort required to lift and position the nozzle.

Beneath the ergonomic benefits lies a feat of precision engineering: Dual-Path Integrity. The coupling must allow for rotation while simultaneously maintaining two completely separate, sealed channels—one for the high-pressure liquid fuel flowing out, and one for the delicate vacuum stream of vapors flowing back. The DY106 utilizes double-sealed fuel-resistant bearings and precision-machined slip rings to ensure that these two substances never cross-contaminate. This prevents liquid fuel from entering the vapor line (which can block the system) and ensures that vapors do not leak into the atmosphere, maintaining full compliance with Stage II environmental regulations while extending the lifespan of the dispenser hose.
