The YZ108 Double Seal Hydraulic Release Bearing is designed for high-duty applications where a single seal failure could lead to catastrophic drivetrain downtime. While standard concentric slave cylinders (CSCs) rely on a single primary seal to hold hydraulic pressure, the YZ108 utilizes a redundant dual-seal architecture.  The first seal acts as the primary pressure barrier, while the second, secondary seal serves as a fail-safe backup. This configuration not only doubles the protection against fluid bypass but also creates a "lubrication pocket" between the seals, keeping the cylinder walls consistently oiled and reducing the friction that leads to seal hardening and cracking.
