The core differentiator of this component is the precision geometry of the combustion chamber. We utilize high-precision casting molds to reduce the chamber volume (measured in cubic centimeters) to exact specifications, thereby increasing the static compression ratio of the engine without requiring a piston change. Achieving a stable high-compression setup requires extreme accuracy in machining. Feiya strictly controls the deck height (the distance from the cam bore to the gasket surface) via automated CNC milling. Furthermore, recognizing that high compression generates increased cylinder pressures and heat, we reinforce the casting wall thickness around the spark plug boss and exhaust valves.
