To translate this advanced hydrodynamic design into a physical aluminum casting, we utilize high-precision resin-bonded sand cores. Unlike traditional sand casting which can leave a rough internal texture, our resin cores produce an exceptionally smooth finish inside the intake and exhaust runners. This reduction in surface friction lowers the boundary layer drag, effectively increasing the flow coefficient (CFM) without compromising low-end throttle response.
