The DY185 Pressure Balanced Vapor Nozzle is specifically engineered to solve one of the most common frustrations in Stage II vapor recovery: the "nuisance click-off." In standard nozzles, the back-pressure created by the vapor recovery vacuum can often trick the automatic shut-off sensing port into thinking the vehicle tank is full, causing the fuel flow to stop prematurely. The DY185 utilizes a sophisticated internal balancing diaphragm that isolates the fuel sensing line from the vapor return pressure.  This ensures that the nozzle only shuts off when liquid fuel actually reaches the spout, allowing for a continuous, high-speed fill even in high-vacuum recovery systems.

This "Balance-Flow" technology makes the DY185 the preferred choice for high-throughput commercial stations where speed and user experience are paramount.
