The DY300-1 distinguishes itself with a superior Vapor Blasted (Aqua Blasted) surface finish, a process that elevates both the aesthetics and longevity of the component. Unlike traditional dry sandblasting, which can be abrasive and alter critical tolerances, our vapor blasting process utilizes a pressurized slurry of water and fine spherical glass beads. This "wet" method cushions the impact of the media, allowing us to gently scour away oxidation, manufacturing discoloration, and carbon deposits without removing the base metal.
